I purchased Call of Duty Black Ops 4, but I am experiencing terrible frame rate and freezing while playing. When attempting to get a refund through the automated process, it indicates that I have played the game too much. I have only spent roughly an hour trying to make it work, completed one tutorial, and participated in part of one multiplayer match. The system advises to dispute this with customer service. However, navigating Blizzard's customer service portal, I am required to verify my account ownership, with the only option provided being to send a text message to my phone number. Unfortunately, when attempting this method, the system indicates that it fails and prompts to try an alternative verification method, even though this is the sole option available.

I own an Xbox One X connected to a 75" 4K Sony TV. I have two Xbox Live memberships under the names Dyslexic Dodo and Deranged Dugong. While playing Overwatch, my screen keeps blacking out and the sound stops. I've been playing Overwatch since its release without any problems until now. I've tried cleaning the Xbox, checking connections, resetting the router, switching accounts, and sharing the game with my other account. Other games work fine, so I don't believe it's an internet issue. Playing Overwatch has been a long-time hobby for me since childhood. I hope to resolve this issue to continue enjoying the game.

I completed the Battle for Azeroth questline with the Curator at the Violet Citadel, but my Shaman toon didn't get access to the class hall or flight paths despite finishing it. Even after submitting a ticket, the issue wasn't resolved. I had to run through Aszuna from Dalaran to get the flight paths in the Broken Isles. Now, I'm getting quests for my class hall, but there's no portal in Dalaran by the flight path. How do I reach my class hall? I need a Shaman Class Hall portal in World of Warcraft. Contacting Blizzard for help is difficult, so I removed my payment info. The game can be frustrating, like not receiving gear in Battlegrounds despite doing more damage compared to someone who has been level [redacted] longer. It's challenging to navigate these issues.

I encountered an issue purchasing in-game items due to parental controls on my account. Originally, I was 17 when I set up the account but I am now 18. I created a ticket for help, but they requested my ID, which I don't have as I misplaced my SSC. When I asked for the email linked to parental controls, they asked for my security question. The issue remains unresolved as I recalled the email but no longer have access to it. I created a new account and found that when prompted for parental controls, in-game purchases were disabled. I am unsure if my birthdate was incorrectly entered, as my birthday is October 31st, [redacted].

I recently purchased the Destiny 2: Forsaken Legendary Collection. However, I encountered issues redeeming the code due to incorrect details associated with my account, including my name, country, battle tag, and email. The wrong country prevented me from redeeming the code. Despite receiving an email verification security code, I have been unable to submit a ticket to rectify the inaccuracies in my account information due to an "incorrect secret question" prompt. I refrained from using my high school as a security question unless absolutely necessary, as this information is publicly linked to my real name. I do not have a scanned government ID, and I never provided one when setting up my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach customer support for assistance. I do not believe my account has been compromised, as I can log in without issues, my friend list remains unchanged, and my in-game items have not been altered. I simply want my accurate country and name reflected on MY account, along with MY battle tag (Maetster#[redacted]) and MY game-related email ([redacted]).

Hello, I'm Kelly Wilson, a longtime World of Warcraft player from the early days. I recently had to reset my authenticator due to getting a new phone, and I'm encountering some problems. My old account isn't linked, and when I logged in, none of my characters are showing up. I have a new battletag now. I purchased the basic version of Black Ops 4 with the promise of receiving [redacted] bonus COD points, but I have not received them. Additionally, when I bought the season pass for Black Ops 4 and paid $9.99 for [redacted] COD points, I also did not receive them. In total, I am owed [redacted] COD points. Due to a temporary email account issue, I faced challenges recovering several game accounts, including World of Warcraft. Despite successfully retrieving most accounts, regaining access to my World of Warcraft account has proven problematic due to using a fake name during the transition to realID and battle.net. Although I've updated all other information to reflect my current details, changing the name has been an obstacle. I kindly request assistance in unlocking my World of Warcraft account, as I have been a dedicated paying customer for many years.

Hello, thank you for reaching out for help. I am currently experiencing difficulty logging onto Bnet. While playing, the game froze, and despite waiting and attempting to close the game, I had to do a hard restart. Upon trying to log back in, I received a message stating my CD-Key is in use. I have waited for around 12 hours, hoping to be automatically logged out, but I'm still facing the same problem. I recently purchased a Game of the Year Edition Overwatch code card, but upon entering the code, I did not receive any of the additional content in the game. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including inputting the code on my phone, restarting my Xbox One, and signing out of Overwatch, but the content remains inaccessible. The card promised extra loot boxes and content for other Blizzard games, which I have not received. My main goal was to improve my chances of obtaining certain winter skins. I am seeking assistance in resolving why the code did not work and if a replacement code can be issued, or if I should return the card for a refund. Hello, I submitted a ticket that was canceled without a response. I was asked to provide a picture of my driver's license because my authenticator is not functioning. The system prompts me to enter an authenticator code that I don't have. Due to this issue, I am unable to log in and get disconnected immediately after trying to log in. Despite attempting to use different numbers, none of them work, and I do not receive any code on my phone. I am stuck in a frustrating cycle of contacting support only to be asked for an authenticator code that I cannot generate. I'm hoping to get in touch with someone who can help me understand what's going on and provide assistance.

I've tried numerous solutions to address lag and stutters in Heroes of the Storm without success. I've attempted adjusting sound and graphics settings, ensuring GeForce matches in-game settings, checking my internet connection, tweaking CPU core usage, disabling OneDrive and XBOX DVR, clearing cache, reinstalling the game, minimizing the launcher, closing resource-heavy programs, and more. None of these methods have provided a lasting fix, with some only working temporarily. I'm using an i7-7700K processor, GTX1080Ti, 64GB of RAM, and a 2TB hybrid drive, so my hardware shouldn't be causing the problem. I'm a dedicated fan of the game and have invested significant time and money into it. I'm eager to find a solution. Thanks.

Hello, my name is Brian Lahey. I believe my Blizzard account/Battle.net account should be registered under [redacted] The password I usually use could be either Brl31992brl or Jcross1124. I've had no issues playing World of Warcraft and Overwatch until recently when I encountered login problems. Despite trying several password combinations related to my email [redacted], my account, previously under [redacted], seems to be showing as "Regravy" on Google search and won't let me reset the password. I'm concerned about potential hacking attempts on my account since I've noticed login activities on other gaming platforms like EA and Epic Games. It's frustrating that I can't contact customer support due to being locked out of the support page. Dear team, I am reaching out because I lost my phone with the sim card linked to my account, which I am unable to access now. I had invested a lot of money in that account and wish to retrieve it as I no longer have my authenticator. No one has used the account since. I am having trouble logging into Battle.net and WoW because I can't use the authenticator after resetting my phone. Also, the support site appears in Korean instead of Japanese, which is challenging as I only speak English. I hope to resolve this issue soon.

My Blizzard account was linked to Hotmail, and I am unable to remember my old password or receive a temporary password since it is sent to my old email. This situation concerns me as I have classic games attached to that account, and I would love to reconnect in WoW with my old character Taurin and join the Horde.
