My son purchased a game from you on line. The money was taken out of his account on October ** and he never received the game. We have called blizzard no less than six times and no one can ever help with the issue, instead they tell us that a representative would call us back within ** hours. Six times we have been told this and have never been called back. The next thing for me to do is to contest the charges with my bank, file a fraud report with the Better Business Bureau, and email all of the contacts I can find from Activision and blizzard. This is a terrible representation of your business and says a lot about your business ethics. Needless to say I am disappointed in your customer service.
