If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I recently logged into Battlenet for the first time in a couple months to find out that, for some reason, my account had the security authentication app feature set up. After turning off this feature through the website, I logged in and launched Overwatch, only to find that someone had been playing on my account and had scored a bunch of achievements and prizes in my name, racked up time and wins on characters I rarely play as (namely Genji), and even ranked and leveled me up. I know this sound like on unusual request, but would it be possible to roll back my progress from the past couple months, say back until August at some point? I just feel weird playing on an account with progress that I personally did not earn and it just doesn't feel right that I'm at a level and rank that I didn't work for myself.
