Blizzard doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-kaybujch will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-kaybujch later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I received an email recently from Blizzard Entertainment that said i was in violation of EULA agreement for trying to sell my Overwatch account to someone. I don't even own an Overwatch account and have never played the game. Furthermore i have had this issue repeatedly with Blizzard through Starcraft and a World of Warcraft account i canceled back in **** or '** which was logged into at some location in Korea in about **** or **** and it resulted in my personal email account " *****@***.com " being stolen which was also logged into at some location in Korea, though I've forgotten the details because it was several years ago. I have obviously dealt with those issues in the past but with this recent one the reason i cant simply make a web ticket is because my browser's security is telling me that logging into the Battlenet homepage is unsecured and my password, and any information linked to it (personal email, bank or credit card info, personal address and phone number, etc) could be stolen because there is no security on their main login page. I just want them to resolve this issue and get some security that actually works! for argument's sake since i cant directly get in touch with them, they can review the login locations to differentiate between fraudulent use of my account and actual use by me, quite easily, by noting if it wasn't logged into in the area of Baltimore, Maryland, USA then it was not me...the account owner. they can reach me at *****@***.com
