A few years ago, I resided in England, but now living in the US, I aim to return to playing with the upcoming game expansion. I have encountered difficulty attempting to download the US version. Despite my efforts over the past four days to reach out, submit my ID, or receive assistance on social media, I have not been successful. I am facing a hurdle as the social media responses suggest utilizing the ticket system, which I am unable to access without completing the ID verification process. It appears that there might be an alternative solution within the user interface to address my issue, but locating it has proven challenging. After exploring various options to resolve the problem, I find myself at a loss for ideas. This is a new experience for me, and the process seems quite arduous.

Subject: Appeal for Ban on DutchSeven Hello Blizzard, A friend of mine, DutchSeven, has been banned for alleged game chat abuse. DutchSeven is not the type to insult or offend others, and I have never witnessed such behavior in all the time we've played together. I believe the decision was made based on recordings, but I find it unfair as disagreements and discussions are common among players, and worse things are often said by others without consequences. If group chat conversations were taken into consideration, those involved in the discussions should also face action. I am writing on my own behalf, not for DutchSeven, to express my concern and seek clarification on the ban reason and specific text in question. Understanding this would help us identify areas for improvement. I hope to receive a response soon. Best regards, Lars Elzinga

I recently received an email from Blizzard Entertainment stating that I violated the End-User License Agreement by attempting to sell my Overwatch account, which I do not own or play. I've faced similar issues with Blizzard in the past concerning my Starcraft and a World of Warcraft accounts. My personal email address, [redacted], was compromised in the past due to unauthorized logins from Korea. I am unable to create a support ticket because my browser flags the Battlenet homepage as insecure, making me concerned about potential data breaches. I urge Blizzard to differentiate between legitimate and fraudulent account access by checking login locations; any login outside of Baltimore, Maryland, USA is not me. I hope they can address this matter promptly and enhance their security measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

I began playing World of Warcraft around 12 years ago but took a break about 2 years later due to being hacked. I then bought an authenticator. Fast forward about 6 years, I returned but couldn't find my level 80 characters, so I created new ones and played for a short time. Now, I still can't locate my level 80 characters from before, even though my authenticator still works. I would really like to recover those characters, as there were a few, but I believe only two were level 80. Recently, I restarted with new characters and played for a few days before purchasing a monthly subscription. I tried installing my previous game copies, but my newer Mac doesn't support the Power PC installers. Do I need to repurchase all the expansions? I own the original WOW game, Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, and Cataclysm. Would buying the new expansion cover all those previous versions? I hope to resolve this so I can enjoy playing my new level 20 character and finally have more than 10 gold, as I am currently capped.

Hello Blizzard Support, I created a Battle.net account on July 29th, downloaded the app, and installed Overwatch during a free weekend event. However, when I tried to play after the free weekend had ended, I encountered an issue where the game would not log me in due to a timeout communicating with Blizzard servers error. I purchased the Overwatch game CD on eBay after uninstalling the free weekend version, but I still faced the same problem. I have attempted various fixes suggested on the Overwatch forums like flushing DNS, reconnecting WiFi, using an Ethernet connection, and reinstalling the game, but none of these solutions resolved the issue. One peculiar observation was that the game download seemed to lose internet connection temporarily during installation. I also noticed that there was no option to cancel on the "connecting" screen in-game. Here is a video depicting the same issue I am experiencing: [redacted]. I would greatly appreciate your assistance with resolving this matter. - A Gamer Seeking Help

After experiencing major life changes, including a divorce and health issues, as well as multiple address changes, I am eager to return to playing. My contact information, including email and phone number, has been updated, and I only recall my password. I presently don't possess a credit card for account charges. Uncertain if my current laptop is capable of running the game, I have two unused 60-day prepaid cards I wish to utilize. How can I update my details, check my laptop's compatibility, and redeem the prepaid cards to re-engage with the game I once enjoyed?

I have been playing Overwatch for a little over two months. During this time, I unlocked several character skins through hard work. However, when I logged in today, some of them were locked again, including Officer D.Va, Mystery Man McCree, Paragon Reinhardt, Valkyrie Mercy, and Winter Widowmaker. I am unsure if there are others, but I am certain about these ones. It's frustrating to spend time unlocking special items only to have them disappear. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. My username is Polaris397, and my battletag is #[redacted]. Thank you for your help.

I believe my [redacted] account was hacked, and even though I haven't played in years, I had important characters that I would like to get back. What I currently have access to is only a level 13 Alliance character, and I used to have Deathknights, Hunters, and a significant amount of gold. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account (previously [redacted]) as it has been several years and I no longer use that number. The email linked to the account is [redacted] I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this issue.

I have noticed that Blizzard's approach to dealing with trolls and problematic players seems unchanged. Recently, I encountered a team of smurfs in a match who played exceptionally well for their level, causing frustration. Despite calling attention to it, the opposing team continued to troll, even mentioning streaming the game on platforms like Twitch and YouTube. Unfortunately, past reports of similar incidents yielded no action from Blizzard. Players intentionally lose matches in lower tiers to exploit the system for rewards, now utilizing secondary accounts to achieve the same outcome and mock opponents online. I have taken a break from gaming due to such behavior, and it is disheartening to see no improvement. Customer service responses lack transparency on actions taken against reported players, contrasting with other companies like Guns of Icarus which provide detailed explanations for penalties imposed on players. Blizzard's seeming indifference to player experience and the prevalence of trolling has soured my enjoyment of their games. I urge Blizzard to address these issues promptly, transparently disclosing outcomes of reported cases to deter such conduct. As a long-time player since the early Warcraft days, I hope for a more player-centric approach from Blizzard as I, like many others, continue to feel disillusioned by the current state of affairs in online gaming.

I have been diligently watching Twitch to earn my D.Va sprays. I have followed all the correct steps, including linking my Overwatch account to my Blizzard and Twitch accounts. Despite continuous viewing for several hours, I have yet to receive the sprays. I have tried various troubleshooting methods such as restarting my browser, console, and the game itself without success. My attempts to seek assistance through forums have been unsuccessful as well. I am concerned as Blizzard has been reluctant to provide compensations in the past. In a previous incident where I experienced game crashes leading to in-game penalties, Blizzard advised me to manage the situation myself. Given the limited time left in the event, I am anxious that I may not obtain the sprays I have been eagerly waiting for. I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter.

Hello, I am looking to recover my old World of Warcraft account from [redacted]. Unfortunately, I don't recall the email, username, or password associated with the account. I can verify my ownership through payment history. Mandragoran, a Human Warrior around level 85, was one of the characters on the account. Before committing to buying the new expansion and renewing my subscription, I have some specific queries about the account. Your help would be greatly valued. Thank you, Sharlene.

I would like to inquire about recovering my account, which I stopped using many years ago. I encountered an issue with customer service concerning refund charges after cancelling my subscription. Blizzard refunded part of the charges, but I was still expected to pay the remaining amount when trying to reactivate. I find this unjust as I did not utilize the refunded time. I am hesitant to restart my account under these circumstances. Is there a way to recover my account and restart my subscription without being obligated to repay for unused services? I am not willing to pay for services I never utilized or authorized. Despite wanting to return to the game, this payment dispute is hindering me. My original character was a Night Elf Druid named Joiecherie. You can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you, Joie

I've been attempting to log into Destiny 2, but each time I try to proceed past the title screen, I receive a prompt stating that I need to restart the app using the Blizzard Launcher. Despite repeated attempts, I've been unable to resolve this issue. I've tried changing my password, rebooting my system, and scanning for updates. Assistance would be greatly appreciated as I'm eager to prepare for the raid tomorrow. Thank you in advance for your support.

My family owns two Diablo discs/games and we enjoy playing on separate laptops with multiple players in our household. Even our youngest, at 4 years old, joins in. We have several accounts with mule characters, and we try to keep track of items stored there, but the frequent changes we make to share with friends can cause issues. Recently, my spouse got kicked out of the game while searching for specific items on our mules across multiple accounts too quickly. I'm unsure why this action led to being kicked off. Could you please clarify? And if there's a waiting period before we can log back in, can you let us know how long it is?

I keep receiving the following error message when trying to launch StarCraft 2: "starcraft 2 the procedure entry point k32Getmodluefilenameexw could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll." I've attempted to reach out for assistance through various channels provided by the official website, such as phone, live chat, and email but have encountered numerous difficulties. Despite providing my cell number [redacted], I was unable to receive verification texts, and my attempts to call led to immediate hang-ups after the automated message. When trying the online chat or email option, technical issues prevented me from submitting my queries. The customer service experience has been frustrating, given my simple goal of playing the game. I need help resolving the game launch error and improving the quality of the customer support I have encountered.

Dear Forum Members, I recently encountered an issue with my World of Warcraft account on the Nazjatar Realm. Unfortunately, my account was hacked, resulting in new characters being created on different realms and unauthorized charges on my Credit Card for character transfers. Attempts to resolve this through support tickets have been complicated by the need for an authenticator code, which I never had. I suspect the hackers might have added one to my account, even though I recently set up phone protection. Although some progress was made by a Gamemaster, my characters Skeetr and Staydown still need to be moved back to Nazjatar from Shadowmoon and Stormrage realms, respectively. There are concerns about my Credit Card's security and the ongoing login issues. I would greatly appreciate it if the necessary corrections could be made. Please contact me via email or text for updates as I lack an authenticator. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Allan

Hello, I bought Forsaken on the first day, and initially, it worked well. However, now, the loading screens in Destiny 2 are extremely choppy, running at around 5-10 FPS. I can load my profile, but then the screen freezes on the white loading screen. I've tried several troubleshooting steps like uninstalling Battle.net and Destiny 2, updating the game and drivers, lowering GPU power, and updating Windows, but the issue persists. It's strange that the game worked fine at launch but not anymore. I'm using an 8700k and a 1080Ti, and I've checked the temperatures, which are stable at around 30C. Any assistance on how to resolve this would be highly valued.

I have been playing Diablo for some time, and I appreciate that seasons are intended for fair gameplay and keeping cheaters out. However, I believe that enabling player-to-player trading could enhance the experience without risking cheating, as the current trade system seems secure. Allowing players to trade or buy items from friends would add value to the game and make playing with friends more enjoyable. I understand the restriction on dropping items freely but having the option to trade would be greatly beneficial. It can be disheartening to see a friend find an item you need for your build and not being able to acquire it through trading. Please consider reactivating player trading in the seasonal gameplay for all platforms to improve the enjoyment of the game. Thank you.

I recently discovered that my account was hacked, and the hacker added an authenticator or changed the phone number associated with it. Since I created the account when I was young, I used a fake name and can't provide ID for verification. I've tried to contact support through the available channels, but it keeps redirecting me to a verification page that I can't complete due to the changed number and added authenticator. I can still access the original email linked to my account, and I have all security answers. However, I'm unable to reach Blizzard for assistance. I've been a loyal player since [redacted] and I'm hoping for a solution to regain access to my account. Thank you.

Hello, I have encountered a significant issue. Unfortunately, I am currently without identification and cannot rectify this for another two weeks. Moreover, I have also misplaced my email password, which has led me into quite a predicament. Despite this inconvenience, I have been diligent in postponing the need to change my account email due to the reliable antivirus software installed on my system. Regrettably, yesterday, I attempted to log in on the Blizzard phone app, mistakenly forgetting it was still linked to my old phone, prompting a security alert and subsequent suspension of my account with a password change. The solution would be simple if I had access to my ID, email password, or the phone associated with my email. I have exhausted all possibilities except for reaching out to Hotmail (if such an avenue exists) and contacting Blizzard for assistance. Any guidance on resolving this situation would be greatly appreciated.
