****o my name is Keyton Howell and I am having trouble logging into my account. I just recently got a new phone and my old one had the Blizzard mobile authenticator on it. All the info for my authenticator is lost on my old phone. Which I am not in the possession of. I still have the same Phone Number and I tried the iCloud Keychain which didn't work of me. Then I Found a different way of logging in on the website using your Email (Which I know) and security question. I made this account back in **** and I must of put something random down for my security question. Now I have no idea what my security question is and I'm at a dead end. If you could help me with this problem I would greatly appreciate that thanks.
I trust that Blizzard will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
