I recently added another account to my home to acquire the Cinder Horse mount and allow friends to play when they visit. However, I am facing issues with adding my new friend to the account and confirming it. The friendship has been established, but the new friend is not yet confirmed. My first account is under [redacted] and the new account should be under mourtock [redacted]. Bob and a Blizzard support representative have attempted to assist with no success. I have submitted three tickets already and wish to avoid returning the game. I realize now that I should have handled this online from the start. Please assist me with this as it's my fourth attempt, or if having a second account in the same household for the mount is not permissible, kindly inform me.

I believe Justicar Trueheart is overpowered for the warrior class. It provides too much armor, making it difficult to defeat a warrior once they gain control of the game. The card has a major impact in a game of Hearthstone, especially in situations like a brawl where it can wipe out a full board, leaving only one minion alive. I find this to be quite frustrating and believe that if certain cards like Warsong Commander have been nerfed in the past, then it's reasonable to consider balancing cards like Justicar Trueheart and Brawl for warrior decks as well.

I'm experiencing a strange issue with my Overwatch in-game sound. It sounds like the sound speed is greatly accelerated, causing everything to be high-pitched as if someone is fast forwarding every sound. Surprisingly, voice chat is the only unaffected aspect, but all other audio elements like music, in-game voices, and effects are distorted. Despite seeking help on forums, I haven't found a solution yet, so I hope someone here can assist. I've attempted various troubleshooting steps, and I know the problem isn't with my devices.

A few months back, my account got hacked by someone overseas. Although I changed the password back then, they managed to change it again. Now, I can't find my account using the old email, but it's connected to my Facebook. To access it, I need an authenticator that I didn't have before. I suspect it's linked to the hacker. I'm looking to regain access, reset the password, and remove their access. My username is PCDrew. I've been inactive for a while as I've been working on clearing bugs from my computer and restoring my other accounts, while also dealing with the stress of the situation.

I have been away for close to a year and now want to recover my old account. I created a new one when I couldn't find this page. My old account is linked to [redacted] on my cell phone only. I can't log into it from my PC after a hacker attempt last year, which is why I haven't been playing. I'd also like to merge one character from my new account, aYeti8me1151, as I purchased Reaper of Souls for that account. I can't remember the old login. I need to speak with someone like I did a little over a year ago to reactivate my old account as my coworkers want me to play.

I go by the gamer tag DBALENT197 on PlayStation 4, and I am a huge fan of the game. I have spent a significant amount on loot boxes and logged [redacted] hours of gameplay. Despite having a stable internet connection, I face frequent disconnections at the start of games, which began around season 7 or 8. I usually play at a platinum rank but have experienced over [redacted] SR losses due to these disconnections in the previous season. This season, I have already lost [redacted] SR as well and am currently at a [redacted] SR, facing a 30-minute suspension. The issue has prevented me from playing with my best friend, who is [redacted] SR above me, and I am growing frustrated with the situation as it has impacted my interest in the game. I hope for a resolution as I truly love this game, but the current experience at a silver ranking with ineffective team compositions is testing my patience. Recently, I upgraded to a new phone, and I no longer have access to the Blizzard mobile authenticator that was on my old device. I have tried using the iCloud Keychain without success. I discovered an alternative method to log in on the website using my email, which I remember, and security question. However, I seem to have set a random answer for my security question when I created this account in [redacted], and now I am unable to recall it. I am feeling very distressed. Despite being under a 6-month suspension from my Blizzard account, I am unsure if I will continue as their customer. I have been accused of using cheats/bots, which I vehemently deny, yet no one has clarified the basis for this suspension. I am eager to clear my name, but without details from Blizzard, I am at a loss as to how to address the situation. As a long-time player since vanilla, the game has been a source of enjoyment for me, especially given my disability which keeps me at home. The absence of a thorough explanation, support, or the removal of my suspension has left me disheartened. Having recently paid $30 to switch factions and dedicating a substantial amount of time to the game daily, the idea of starting anew or waiting for the suspension to lift seems unreasonable. The lack of transparency in the accusations challenges my loyalty to Blizzard.

Hello, My friend Joe Mythos bought and played Diablo III on his previous Windows 7 computer and now on Windows 10 x64 after replacing the motherboard with an MSI [redacted] Gaming board. Despite efforts to install the game from the DVD on Windows 10 Home 64 bit, it couldn't connect to battle.net. We even tried the desktop launcher from the website but got an error code blzbntbts[redacted]d. We've checked network connections, ran disk cleanup, removed malware bytes3, and enabled UPNP on the computer and router as per your instructions, but to no avail. Another error code we encountered was blzbntbts[redacted]a despite trying selective startup as suggested in forums. The system's drivers are all up to date. Thank you, Dave

I created my Blizzard account with a fake name back in middle school and unfortunately, I do not remember the phone number, last name, or answer to the secret question. Without the correct information, I can't contact support to resolve my current issue. My authenticator broke, and I can't log in on my new phone without first logging in on my computer. This has left me stuck in a loop with no way of reaching customer support. I only remember that the first name on the account is Thomas. I have access to the email and password but can't fully regain access to my games. I hope to find a solution to this dilemma soon.

It's been about two years since my last account login attempt. Recently, when I tried to access HearthStone, I encountered a "Secured Account Enter the code from your authenticator" message, which I'm unfamiliar with. I attempted to remove the authenticator without success as it requires a code I don't have. I also tried setting up an authenticator on my phone but encountered the same issue. After browsing forums, it seems many others face a similar problem. Most solutions involve contacting customer service to have a technician assist in removing the authenticator or providing the necessary code. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate the phone number and eventually found this platform. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My son, who has autism, was recently banned from Heroes of the Storm due to an incident where he used inappropriate language in response to bullying from other players. This has happened before without my knowledge, and I wish I had the opportunity to address it earlier. While I do not approve of his behavior, I would like to request Blizzard to reconsider the ban considering his circumstances. Gaming is a way for him to enhance his social skills and teamwork abilities, which he takes seriously. He acknowledges his mistake and is willing to learn from it. I believe he deserves a second chance to continue playing without losing his progress. He has learned a valuable lesson from this and has my support in understanding and improving his conduct. I hope Blizzard can review his case and allow him to return to the game.

I've been using my Overwatch disc on the X-Box for 7 months without any issues. However, recently when I tried playing, I was prompted to re-install the game multiple times. It's frustrating because this game is online-only and download speeds on the X-Box are slow. Despite contacting X-Box support and trying a factory reset, the issue persists. Even though an IT professional examined the disc and found no scratches, the problem continues. I purchased the disc new, and it's disappointing to encounter this sudden problem. The error message (TE-1130E) appears every time I insert the disc.

Hello, I recently attempted to purchase card packs in Hearthstone, but I encountered an issue with "parental controls." I did not set up any parental controls as I am 18 years old and do not need them. I have tried to resolve this problem through your website, but I am unsure of the parental email associated with my account. After researching online, it appears others have faced a similar issue, suggesting potential unauthorized access to accounts resulting in parental controls being activated. Despite my attempts to remove these controls through your website, I have been unsuccessful as the system sends notifications to an unfamiliar email address. Additionally, calling the provided number only leads to unhelpful recordings without the opportunity to speak with a representative. Could you please assist me in removing all parental controls from my account so I can proceed with making purchases in the game? Thank you.

I recently changed my phone number and am unable to access my account due to the Authenticator. Every time I try to open a ticket and upload a photo of my ID, the website states that it cannot connect. Is there an alternative method to have the Authenticator removed from my account in order to regain access? I have been a subscriber to World of Warcraft for multiple months, yet I have been unable to access my account during this time. In frustration, I have halted the payments through my bank and initiated a dispute against Blizzard for the previous four months' charges, as I have been attempting to resolve this issue for an extended period without success.

I wanted to let you know that I've decided to cancel my World of Warcraft subscription. PVP servers were the main reason I enjoyed playing, as the constant risk of being ganked added excitement to the game. The recent changes due to player complaints have made the experience different. I miss the days of Wrath of the Lich King, which I believe was the last great expansion. One of the highlights in classic WoW for me was being a rogue and ambushing flagged players outside of Orgimmar. Unfortunately, this playstyle is no longer viable. While I doubt this email will bring about any changes, I hope my feedback is considered. I feel it's time for me to move on from the game and save some money. I truly wish there was an option for an old school WoW experience without expansions for nostalgic players like me. It's bittersweet to say goodbye to the game after a decade, but such is life. Hello! I am a college junior who recently discovered the Diablo franchise and I must say I am thoroughly enjoying it. The RNG, graphics, and warm community have all captured me. I recently came across news about a new Diablo project and while I'm not familiar with coding, I would like to offer my voice for any role available. It doesn't have to be a major character, I'm flexible. I'm willing to do this for free as simply being part of the game would be a dream. Hello, I am experiencing difficulty reading the emails due to the color contrast and font size. The black text on a dark blue background and blue on blue is hard to read on my 22" screen. I suggest enhancing the color contrast by changing the black font to white and the blue font to a light color, possibly bold, along with increasing the font size for better readability. The main goal is effective communication. I would like to share a screen shot to illustrate the issue, but I cannot find an attachment option in my email.
