To Whom it May Concern,**I’m writing to discuss a frustrating experience I had at Bliss ** today.**My mother in law treated me to a facial as a gift for my upcoming pregnancy. She had a massage and used her bday gift cards she received. *On both our services.***I believe I had a woman named Margarita for my facial. She took me at **:** for a **** appt and my facial was done at *:**. Not even an hour. She began the treatment and then told me about an upgrade in a facial she recommended. As she’s telling me about it, she’s using the products of the upgraded facial! I specifically remember the shiitake mushroom part. This was before I even agreed to it. I wanted to be polite so I didn’t say anything and I know I should have. Not right to assume I would say yes. The treatment was no different then a basic facial. And it was $** more!!!!! A $*** facial for under and hour and basic treatment. There was no way that treatment was an upgrade and cost $***. I would gladly pay money for a quality facial but felt rushed and stressed. Opposite of what a spa day should be. *She talked throughout the entire facial even though I tried to give a polite hint I wanted to relax and not really talk. She talked and promoted herself throughout the entire facial, trying to get me to become her client and return. I get trying to sell yourself to get clients but it was too much. I was there to relax and enjoy the treatment, especially being pregnant. **I would have said something to the front desk but I didn’t want to hurt my mother in laws feelings and embarrass her. Especially since she paid for the upgrade and the gratuity. I did hint to the desk before I left that I didn’t think it was right to assume I wanted to upgrade and use the products on me before I agreed to it. **I personally would never return to Bliss ** after that. I’m not a complainer. I am an easy going person. I have gotten facials as well as massages many times before. I just left with a bad taste in my mouth from this experience. **I honestly felt I had to let you know because I don’t think it’s right what she did and she should not do that to any clients in the future. **Thank you,*Kristi DeLace
