On the *th day, the missing blind showed up. Then later, I received the first call from Blinds.com. I told them they were useless, and hung up.

How they lost a customer. The customer service in this company should just shut down. They're useless.

Will be contacting Home Depot who owns the company. They may not realize what is going on.
