I have been a dedicated Blimpie customer for over 30 years. For the past 2 years, we have ordered a large platter for my daughter's birthday. The charge of $58.18 struck me as too high. I was informed that additional fees were due to all condiments being placed in separate containers. However, upon receiving the platter, I found only one container with lettuce, onion, and tomato. I agreed to pay extra for roast beef, but the second sandwich was meant to be a different kind, not plain turkey. Despite ordering in advance with a specific pick-up time, both this year and last year, the platter was not ready when I arrived. It is frustrating to prepay and still have to wait, making me question the point of pre-ordering. This lack of organization and time wasted is disappointing after years of loyalty to Blimpie. There has been no explanation or accountability for the delays, showing a lack of concern and care for customers like me.

Yesterday, my family and I visited Blimpie. At the checkout, I encountered an issue with the gift cards I purchased from BJ's Wholesale, totaling $40. Despite being brand new, the cards were not accepted, and the staff insisted I should have bought them from Blimpie. I requested to check the balance on each card, all showing $10, amounting to $40. The staff member mentioned the balance might have been used previously, which I disproved on the spot. Moreover, I ordered Buffalo wing meals expecting 8 wings based on the menu. However, only 6 were served, and when I pointed this out, I was wrongly told the picture was incorrect. The staff seemed more focused on closing than resolving the issue and refused to call in the cards. This disappointing experience contrasts my usual positive visits to Blimpie, leaving me without my family's food and feeling undervalued as a customer.

I placed an order with Blimpies in Teaneck, NJ around 7 pm. The order was taken for delivery and I was charged for both sandwiches on their website. I received a text stating that the delivery would be done through Uber. However, three different Uber drivers have contacted me, saying that the store is closed even though it's only 7:46 pm and they close at 8 pm. I'm confused about being charged and unable to cancel the order since Blimpies used Uber for delivery. How can I get my money back under these circumstances?
