I filled out the information for my new Blendtec blender today on your website, including the serial number. Does this activate my warranty? I tried calling the warranty activation number at [redacted], but I was put on hold indefinitely. I also attempted to reach customer service at two different numbers, but couldn't get through. Many customers mentioned receiving a copy of the Fresh Blends recipe book with their new blender, but I didn't get one. How can I obtain a copy? I paid $[redacted] for the machine, and having a recipe book would be appreciated. Additionally, I'd like to know how to manually use the Designer [redacted] instead of the preset modes.
