My computer that was ordered through Amozon ****-*******-******* arrived May, ** ****.. I just hooked it up over the weekend.. When I opened the box everything was fine except the mouse was broken in many pieces. After hooking up the tower and monitor and turning on the power. I was unable to get the monitor to come on. After several attempts . I hooked up my old monitor and everything is working beautiful. I have tried calling but have not been able to get through.. I simply need the mouse and monitor replaced they do not work!!! Please let me know how you want to handle the return and replacement of these two items.You can call or e-mail me with instructions. After sending a text message with my two issues. I promptly received a phone call from customer service. Followed by an email with instructions and label to ship items back.. Replacements should arrive in three to five days.
