I recently purchased a BlackBerry phone directly from your company. Unfortunately, I've had a series of issues with the devices I received. I tried the Priv first, then the Keyone, and both turned out to be faulty. Despite replacements from your tech team, the problems persist. The Keyone, in particular, is failing after only a short time of use. Unexpectedly, I received feedback from your tech support mentioning that the Keyone may not be a powerful device, which contradicts the information on your website. I believe a phone should handle basic functions like calls, texts, and apps without constant freezing and the need for multiple reboots daily. I have been a loyal Blackberry user for over 20 years and I believe that as a customer, I deserve better. Given my experiences, I would appreciate a credit for the Keyone and an upgrade to the Key2. I have plenty of time in retirement to share my negative experiences online, potentially impacting your future sales. However, I would prefer a satisfactory resolution such as the proposed upgrade. Hello, I am Cristina and I own a Blackberry DTEK 50 smartphone with the IMEI number [redacted][redacted]. I have been using it for about a year and a half. Lately, I have noticed that the battery drains quite fast, and it takes a considerable amount of time to charge. Yesterday, I plugged it in around 8 pm, but it didn't charge overnight despite changing chargers and outlets. It eventually started charging and only reached 60% by 1 pm. Now, at 5:15 pm, the battery is down to 16% even though I have only used it to check emails received in the last 20 hours. I am considering replacing the battery. Could someone advise me on how to proceed with this?

I recently switched to the BlackBerry Evolve from the DTEK50 and I'm facing multiple problems with it. Firstly, the phone randomly shuts down when I try to open a text message. Additionally, I'm unable to send pictures via text, especially to contacts on the Rogers network, and regular text messages take a few minutes to send. The camera quality is disappointing as there are blurry spots in the pictures and some photos go missing after being taken. Signal strength is weak compared to another phone on the same network. I'm quite disappointed with the performance of this phone. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues.

As a small business owner in Arnprior, Ontario, my husband and I rely on our BlackBerry devices for our daily operations. Despite purchasing a new BlackBerry Key2 from Bell recently, it unfortunately suffered damage, leaving us without a crucial tool for our work. We are currently awaiting repairs on the device and are hoping to explore the possibility of obtaining a replacement phone instead. This would allow us to continue serving our clients efficiently while avoiding the hassle of purchasing a new device and entering into a new contract. We are willing to cover the repair costs but are concerned that the only available replacement device offered by Bell is an outdated model that does not meet our business needs. We kindly request BlackBerry's consideration in providing us with a new phone to ensure uninterrupted communication with our clients and smooth operations for our small business.

Hello, I recently purchased a Blackberry Evolve mobile phone (6 months ago). Yesterday, the phone caught fire while charging on its own. I am unsure where to address this since there are no service centers in Bangalore. I am looking for a swift response from Blackberry. If I do not receive a response, I will be forced to escalate the matter on social media and to the authorities. This incident could have been dangerous, but fortunately, no one was harmed. I recommend not selling devices of such poor quality. I am eagerly awaiting your prompt reply. Thank you.

Hello, I need assistance with connecting my Blackberry Priv, model number STV [redacted]-4, running Android version 5.1.1, with serial number [redacted], to private Wi-Fi services in locations like hotels, shops, or airports. The initial connection setup through "Settings" > "Wi-Fi" seems to work fine, as indicated by the connectivity symbol on the screen. However, once connected, I am not prompted to log in as I would be on my iPad or other devices, preventing me from using the Wi-Fi connection fully. I am unsure if there is a specific setting in the Blackberry's "Settings" that needs adjustment or if there is another solution to this issue. Hello, I need assistance with my BlackBerry Key 2 phone. The battery life is only lasting 5-6 hours per day, and I find myself charging it 3-4 times daily. I contacted TCL, who redirected me to pedigritechnologies in the UAE for replacement batteries. Unfortunately, they no longer have spare parts for the Key 2. I'm at a loss on where to find a new battery now since the authorized dealer doesn't stock them. I've tried to locate authorized BlackBerry distributors in Egypt and the UAE with no luck. I'm hoping to find a replacement battery easier in these regions. Can you please provide me with the contact information for the person in charge of BlackBerry phones, specifically spare parts in Canada?
