I purchased a priv directly from you. It was a piece of garbage. The tech people replaced it. The new one was a piece of garbage.**I purchased a Keyone hoping it owuld be better. *It is a piece of garbage. The tech people replaced it. After less than a month it is failing. It is a piece of garbage. I've now owned * of your Android phones. They've all been defective. Most recently the tech people sent me a message saying I really shouldn't expect the Keyone to work well because it's not really a very powerful phone. Funny thing. I didn't see that on your website promo information. And seriously how powerful does a phone have to be to handle voice, text and a few apps. Not very. But your piece of garbage freezes constantly. I have to reboot ** to ** times a day, and that only helps for a few minutes. Here's what I want. I want you to credit me for the Keyone, and Upgrade me to the Key*. I've been a loyal Blackberry customer for * decades. It's called customer service. *Because I'm retired, I have lots of time to share my truly terrible Blackberry Android experiences in every conceivable internet locations. I can't imagine that would be great for future sales. I think it would be better to simply do the right thing and provide the upgrade. Thank you.
