I filed a claim for my BPWM**W *.* CU. FT. PORTABLE WASHING MACHINE Black * Decker. I was told to send in the required items: **. Copy of the receipt*proof of purchase**. Plug of the unit. You can cut off the end portion of the cord that goes into the electrical outlet**. Peel off the rating label - one with serial * on it and stick it onto*a piece of paper and mention your first and last name, shipping address*and phone number on the same piece of paper.**I sent these in and they were received.**message from Fed Ex:*Your package was delivered Tue, ********** at **:**pm.**Delivered to **** BROADWAY, New York, NY ******Received by TTHOMAS* *I was told it would take **-** days for a replacement to be sent out. Can i please get an update on when this will be delivered?**Thank you,**Jim Luongo
