I have a Black & Decker CM**** **-Inch **-Volt Cordless Electric Lawn Mower With Removable Battery. It has a problem with starting. After initially starting, if it is turned off, it will not start again, unless I do this: take the battery out, rotate the blade manually left and right. Place the battery back in. After this procedure, it will start. But, then again, if stopped, the procedure must be repeated to have it start. The battery appears to be fully charged. Any ideas on how I solve this issue? HOW B&D can solve the issue? Give a new lawn mower.
