I received a replacement vacuum last week for a broken one within the *-yr. warranty period, but Assurant (whose replacement item policy I have for the original ******* purchase) insists that B&D email me substantiating that they replaced the item and the item details, and include the case * & tracking * for the replacement, then forward this email to Assurant with a copy of the purchase receipt. B&D have ignored my * emails requesting this email from them. I need to speak with someone at B&D to get them to email me the required info.
GetHuman690042 did not yet indicate what Black & Decker should do to make this right.
