Hello, I am writing to you regarding a bitcoin transfer of $35 I made from my Blockchain wallet to a Bitpay customer. The customer claims not to have received the bitcoin in their Bitpay wallet despite showing me a payment received confirmation with a screenshot as proof. I have shared screenshots of the transaction from my end, showing the bitcoin sent and debited from my Blockchain wallet. The customer also provided a screenshot showing the payment received in their Bitpay wallet but not reflecting in the main wallet. I am reaching out to the Bitpay Support Center to address this issue and request assistance in crediting the bitcoin to the customer's Bitpay wallet. Please find below the transaction details: My Blockchain Wallet Address: 1DtV6GW7fAcATPWsP1wSeFX9bGNkQPd3WU Transaction ID: [redacted] Amount sent: $35 Bitpay Customer Wallet Address: 1MXcEsvjEVG1XacCPCzTREc2DBqkcHUSZ (Tyrant Tyrant) Amount received in Bitpay: 0.[redacted] BTC I kindly ask for your help in resolving this delay in bitcoin accreditation by Bitpay.

I fell victim to a scam. The individual I was in contact with established a multiple signature wallet without my knowledge, including a third party named BitPay Scrow System as one of the signatories. I transferred funds via wire to bank accounts with the intention of blocking the funds until I could request the release of BTC to my external wallet. However, after the money was deposited into the account, my request to release the BTC was denied, and they, with only two signatures required, drained the wallet. Although there is still BTC remaining in the wallet, I am unsure why it has not been taken yet. I attempted to block the funds again, but either of them could reject it easily and proceed with a withdrawal request that the other could approve. I am having trouble logging in. When I initially set up my wallet on my iMac, I diligently took notes. However, despite having these notes, I am unable to log in successfully. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I navigated to the "Get Started" section and selected the option to import my wallet, assuming I could regain access to my iMac Wallet. Unfortunately, this seems to have resulted in the creation of a new wallet displaying a balance of zero. Reviewing my notes, I realized that I initially created a Bitpay wallet on my iPhone, containing only a small amount of BTC. I believed that I had transferred the majority of my BTC to the iMac wallet. Currently, I am unable to access the email linked to this account, which I believe is [redacted] The password written in my notes does not grant me access, and the password reset feature is also unsuccessful. This situation is causing me considerable distress, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance in locating my BTC. Thank you.

This is my first experience using a Bitcoin ATM via my cellphone. The ATM sent an SMS, which I now understand is a text message. I prefer using a cheap dedicated cellphone for these transactions as recommended. As a result, I didn't check my messages promptly. I am seeking assistance on using BitPay downloaded from the Google Play Store on a Bitcoin ATM. It requests my QR code and a one-time password. I need clarification on how to proceed, can someone please guide me through this? Thank you.

I recently sent payments in Bitcoin cash to three different addresses for shopping purposes. Unfortunately, the Bitcoin did not reach any of the intended destinations. I used the bitpay scanner for one of the transactions, but after confirming a translation, the Bitcoin was sent somewhere unknown. This has happened three times now, and I'm concerned about the funds being lost or misdirected. I would appreciate help with resolving this issue, as I may have to stop using BPAY if the problem persists. My name is Mardi, and you can reach me at [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] or via email at [redacted]

I need assistance in retrieving the Transaction ID (TXID) for an order I made through Xsolla for Escape from Tarkov. The purchase details are as follows: Purchase Confirmation Product: EFT Transaction Number: [redacted]35 Transaction Date: 05/02/[redacted] Merchant: Xsolla User: [redacted] Country: Germany Purchase: 1 Escape from Tarkov Edge of Darkness Limited Edition €[redacted].99 Subtotal: $[redacted].78 Payment System Fee: $7.65 19% VAT: $24.40 Total Amount: $[redacted].82 I require the Bitcoin TXID as proof of payment. I encountered issues with Escape from Tarkov support requesting the TXID rather than the receipt. Since it was paid with Bitcoin three years back, I am unable to access the specific wallet as my email associated with it was compromised. Retrieving the TXID would greatly assist me in this matter. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

I am struggling to reach BitPay's support team. They keep replying with the same automated response whenever I submit a support ticket. I have been trying to collect a $[redacted].10 refund from Newegg.com for three months. BitPay is requesting that I provide personal information through a site named Onfido, which I am hesitant to do. Furthermore, BitPay's phone line is unresponsive. This issue has been going on for a while, with the refund repeatedly cancelled by BitPay every three days. Despite contacting Newegg, they claim they cannot assist further, as too much time has passed. I have even reached out to BitPay's customer service, asking them to contact me by phone, but have not received a call back.
