I purchased a crosswave via bissell.com on **.**.** model ****F serial no. **********FXB. I used it a total of * times. I went to use it today and it wont start. Its plugged in. Everything is practically brand new. I am the only person that ever used it. tired calling *-***-***-**** and recording comes on and hangs up. I am very disappointed for the amount of money i spent on this and its not even turning on. The company was available when I purchased the item* now I have issues no answer. I would like a full refund at this point. I can gladly drop off the item to a store closest to me. I need someone to contact me. Lori OConnor ***.***.****
