I recently received my first Birchbox which I was eagerly anticipating after hearing great reviews. However, upon opening my box, I noticed that three items were defective. The Sunday Riley product is clogged and nothing comes out despite my attempts to open and squeeze it. The Amika and Beauty Protector items do not spray as they should. I am quite disappointed with this experience, especially since it's my first box. I kindly request a replacement box and perhaps some promotional items to make up for this. I signed up for the yearly plan but I may have used the email [redacted] Please contact me at your earliest convenience as I'm quite upset about this. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I purchased a gift subscription for my 10-year-old granddaughter for Christmas. I informed them of her age and preferences. Unfortunately, they mistakenly sent her retinol cream that caused her face to turn red. When I tried to cancel, they refused, citing that they couldn't do anything since I provided her age. Initially, they promised a free gift of a hairbrush dryer, which she would have loved. However, they reneged on this offer and only offered socks instead. I feel disappointed as I spent over a hundred dollars on a gift not suitable for a child her age, and their response was unsatisfactory.

I need to return 2 items, the Oribe Lamessence Lip Treatment and Oribe The Cleanse Shampoo from order #[redacted]30. I've tried reaching out several times with no response. The 90-day return window is ticking, and the delay in receiving a response for a return label is worrying. It would be helpful if there was a more efficient process in place for customers to initiate returns, rather than relying on email correspondence.

I signed up for Birchbox in November [redacted] thinking it was a one-year subscription that would end automatically. I never received any notification about the auto-renewal process. I assumed I could cancel it after the initial 12 months if I wasn't happy with the service. I'm now going abroad for a few months and no longer require the subscription. Please assist me in cancelling it.

I am feeling frustrated. I opted to rejoin Birchbox after a 6-8 month break. Upon receiving a Spoiler Alert with the products I was supposed to get, I was disappointed to find my box contained none of the items mentioned. After reaching out with my concerns, I was asked some questions but received no answers before my ticket was closed. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the process. Why would Birchbox send me an email detailing my products only to send me something entirely different? I seek a resolution to this issue, an explanation for the mix-up, and assurance that this won't be a recurring problem every month.

I purchased a three-month subscription and a best-selling gift set, but unfortunately received an empty envelope after three weeks of waiting. Upon contacting customer service, a replacement was sent to the wrong address, an apartment I haven't lived in for three years. I am frustrated as I had previously provided a different, more recent address for shipping. I am disappointed with the handling of my order and now have to wait for another shipment. I kindly request that the new package be sent expedited at no additional cost, as this issue has inconvenienced me twice already.

I need you to cancel the following orders right away. I contacted you an hour after placing the order to request this, but one order still shipped. It is highly unprofessional. I do not want the other orders to be shipped since they are billed to someone else's credit card or the incorrect address. Why is there no way to cancel an order, especially if you do not respond to emails? I emailed less than an hour after ordering, but it was ignored and still shipped out two days later. Despite receiving automated responses acknowledging the high volume of inquiries, I never received further communication. I bought my son a Birchbox gift card for Christmas, and he used it to subscribe to Birchbox Grooming for 3 months. He received a beauty box in January instead of the grooming box. I reached out to Birchbox via email about this issue but haven't heard back. Yesterday, he got a second beauty box. I just want my son to receive the Birchbox Grooming subscription as intended. I have not yet received my second Birchbox installment, despite following instructions and setting up an account as advised. As a customer of over 5 years with an annual subscription, I recently purchased a gift grooming 3-month subscription. However, I am currently missing three boxes out of the last six months. Despite my efforts to reach out via email and Instagram, I have not received any responses from your company. This situation is extremely concerning to me. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter before I am forced to take further action regarding the charges for products that have not been received. I have provided screenshots in my emails to support my claim of the missing items.

I am dissatisfied with my recent Birchbox. I updated my preferences to receive fragrance products, but my box did not contain any. Instead, I received a face mask for combination/oily skin which is not suitable for my dry, 66-year-old skin. Additionally, I received mascara (repeatedly included), MAC strobe cream, hair mousse I won't use, and a brow liner I may use. I did not expect the lack of customer service. I find this situation unacceptable as I am a paying customer. I require assistance via phone to address my concerns.

I am a Birchbox subscriber and it's already the 15th of the month, but I have yet to receive my box. Despite being charged, I am disappointed with the service and the small amount of products I receive compared to other beauty companies. I am regretting my subscription and frustrated that there is no phone number for customer service. I want to know where my box is and consider canceling without being unfairly charged. If necessary, I will continue my subscription until the end of the year, but after that, I will be leaving for good. The company needs significant improvements in the size and quality of the products. My name is Tracy Akins, and I am on the yearly subscription plan at $13 per month. It's concerning that my account is promptly charged, yet my order is delayed. I am sincerely dissatisfied with the current situation.

I live in Maui, Hawaii, 6 hours behind your time zone. I've tried five times to get a phone call without success. Additionally, the sprayer of my all-in-one milk product isn't working. When I unscrew the cap, it seems clogged. I am also puzzled by the billing as I expected a $15 charge for signing up, but my credit card was charged $39. I need assistance with my product and clarification on the billing discrepancy. I believe I should have been charged $1 for my first bag with free shipping, as stated on your website. I contacted your company after I moved and provided my new address, which I can prove with recorded calls on my phone. Despite this, my package was still delivered to my old address and got stolen. I am unhappy about having to pay for an item I never received. Kindly refund the money to my bank account card promptly to resolve this issue. I hope to resolve this matter amicably without involving legal action, but I am prepared to do so if necessary.

I attempted to cancel my subscription some time ago due to my dissatisfaction with the items being sent. Despite numerous profile changes, I keep receiving items that I cannot use. If I am required to keep the subscription for the entire 12 months, I would prefer to receive makeup instead of creams and products I do not use for my face and hair. This situation feels like a scam, and I want to cancel my subscription immediately. It's frustrating that there is no option to contact a customer service representative via phone for assistance.
