I received only two of my October items. I understand that you guys couldn’t get me the * products that were no longer available and only the two that were since my box got lost in shipping but I was definitely expecting * products all together for you guys to pick me * more and send those instead. Also I’m hoping nothing goes wrong with my November box otherwise I’m going to have to just cancel my Birchbox all together because this is exactly disappointing.
