I canceled my subscription with birchbox, and got a confirmation email on October *, ****. That email clearly stated that my account would no longer be charged and that my subscription was successfully canceled. Although i believe that there was a mistake because my account was charged $**.** on *******. i would like a full refund and to make sure this never happens again.
