i haven’t received a box since july because i had to move and my address wouldn’t update on the app. i’ve been charged for all of the boxes and would either like a refund or for the boxes to be delivered to the correct address that has finally saved. my october box has already been delivered and it’s to the wrong address. please help me figure this out. i love birchbox and would hate to have to cancel my subscription.
GetHuman-wrdavis did not yet indicate what Birchbox should do to make this right.
