This is now the THIRD month, that my shipping tracking hasn’t updated and the second month it’s late. It’s also been three months since I contacted you guys about the DAMAGED BOX that was sent to me after I reported the tracking issue the first time. I’ve been subscribed to you guys for over a year now and this is the worst service Ive ever experienced with any company. I don’t pay for a subscription to get this kind of service. All of this must be addressed and fixed or I will be pulling my subscription, switching to Ipsy, and letting everyone know what kind of service you offer to your customers.
GetHuman-jzybau did not yet indicate what Birchbox should do to make this right.
