Hi Birchbox my name is Lauren marshman. I've been trying to reach out to you for about ** days now and I can't get my email to go through to the contact center. I received my September box and the Arizona perfume by proenza schouler was half empty. Also, I keep getting sent items for people with acne prone skin which I do not have I wish to receive Anti-aging products such as glycolic acid even oils and things with rose hips. I do like natural products as well as chemical products. I have also received tulip Shades that do not match me and in my last box the September box I received a dark brown lipstick that would never go with my skin tone. My preferences are Reds with a blue or Violet undertone and nudy pinks * lighter skin complexion. My lipgloss sample was also damaged. The glass appears to be cracked on the inside! I tried to find one *** number for you and this is apparently the best way to reach you so I was hoping for better results in my October box and replacements for the Arizona and the lip shade that I had gotten as well as the skin care sample. I really like the box in the beginning and I like the ouai, mac, R & Co, acure, and of course Oribe but the Amika and others have been terrible. I love this the Steeler that you sent but the mauve color was a little light for my skin tone. Just some suggestions. I hope this reaches you and I can get a resolution soon. Thank you for hearing me out! I've been a consumer for * boxes & I want to stick with you and your brand. I realize that not every person is going to enjoy every sample but I was hoping I'd enjoy more I have a lot that I don't use and that I'm giving away.
