Birchbox doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-agemme will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-agemme later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
I am extremely angry. I cancelled my account over a year ago and just noticed that I've been charged every month. I would like my account cancelled for good and money back for items I never received. I found out my Birchbox was going to an old address, I didn't even realize it because I wasn't expecting a box every month. Extremely dissatisfied. I would like a full refund for every month since I cancelled.
GetHuman-agemme did not yet indicate what Birchbox should do to make this right.
