I did not renew my subscription this year for a reason. My payment failed the first four months of this year because I did not want the subscription and I am very irritated that you somehow charged my card although the numbers have changed. I want my order cancelled immediately and refunded. You have caused an overdraft in my account and made this charge without my permission. The change*cancel subscription is not present in my account settings or I would have done it myself already. It is ridiculous that your company does not have a phone number to contact directly. Customer service should not be done at your own leisure. I need this taken care of now.
