Order * **********Natalie Rednour***I was informed via email this morning that one of my items in my order has been cancelled due to being out of stock (hula bikini bottoms) I will need the rest of the order cancelled because I wont be able to do anything with the tops. Please communicate this with your warehouse. I am sad that this has been a very unpleasant first time buying experience for me.**I called the customer service team yesterday regarding the shipment of my order and while the email said *-* days for processing, I was told it could take up to * days. Had I known this and had it been stated on your website I would have purchased elsewhere or placed an order sooner. **It doesn't take much editing to a website to make a header that is visibly placed stating delayed shipments, nor does it take long to update a shipment confirmation email. I see that the only statement regarding delays is on your contact page.**Unfortunately I feel like this deters me from placing future orders with Billabong.
