I placed an order two days ago with no updates as far as the order confirmation number. I checked my order and it says “failed” for all items. I’ve emailed twice and have not yet received a response as to why this has happened before it even shipped, and I know it wasn’t due to my payment method, since my account shows a pending charge. I would appreciate an email back or consistent customer service hours for calling as I always get an automated message saying they are closed when they should be open* and how to resolve the issue, whether I should wait, or whether this is a cancellation on their part and the charge will drop.
GetHuman4486464 did not yet indicate what Billabong should do to make this right.
