The issue in GetHuman991775's own words
To get confirmation on the actual "REAL" payroll landing in my account ... what is the problem with the deposit date getting pushed out further? Seriously...August **th!!! I had payment landed one time from an overdue invoice cut on a Thursday to my bank on the following Monday. Others times it landed on a Tuesday - but payment will not go into my bank according to my statement until Thursday now? I believe my employer will seriously look into another company to represent our payroll
Is that good communication is key. If you were going to push the deposit date out by two additional business days * the client (my employer) should have been notified by a simple customer service email ahead of time about any internal changes Bill.com was making
Overnite the invoiced check electronically or push up the deposit date internally before the end of the business day so the deposit lands in our bank accounts a day late now....NOT two days later
I don't know...my supervisor (President of the company) told me he has put in a support ticket so I'll wait on him for an update.
Other than to look for other companies that offer this service to inform about changes that effect employees waiting on the payroll ? No
