I am sick of not being allowed to log into my account. I've had the same email and password for years. I AM NOT making a mistake when entering any of my information. What happened to being able to get in touch with a BFG rep to solve problems fast? I have tried to order * games but keep being locked out of my account asking to reset my password - NO - I don't want to reset my password because nothing is wrong with my OLD password. Some days it works and some days you won't let me in. Forget about the new games I wanted to order. I am sick to death of BFG not recognizing my account since I've only had it for years and years. Get on the ball!
