I have a return of a football guard that I wanted to exchange for cleaks walk in to customer service told them am I able to exchange I have no recpit they scan item said its $** you just need an I.d went to get cleaks come back to make exchange well the man who first help me was busy with other person I could of waited but he calls lady from sales floor so I give her my I.d. and she scan item then whatever she did she didn't know what she was doing cause she was like what happen so the guy comes to assist her they voilded out but I was not rung up yet so she ask for my I d a second time had an other problem were now the guy takes over mind you now its *rd time for I.d I'm already late because slow on staff we waited ** mins for someone to help get cleaks and that's not even the issue is that when the guy got up to do it again he says the transaction is denied so I'm like what how I was just suppose to be exchanging I don't get it he says yes I can exchange to be it seems like they didn't know what they were doing cause they ask for my I.d. * time so my complaint I was not able to get my son his cleaks cause I was exchanging item and gonna pay difference.I want to know why all this stuff happen and if and how I'm able to return I'm a single mom if * kids can't afford the cleaks on my own specially the guard and cleaks the cleaks were more important just want to exchange .thanks Yvonne Martin *** *** **** I'm in Oxnard california so its big * in Oxnard off vineyard ave and Oxnard Blvd.
