I accidentally ordered 'We are Bananas' by Charles Saatchi on June 22nd at 7:36 PM with Shipment No. 1[redacted]-[redacted]. I thought an article I read in the paper was related to this book, but it wasn't. I tried to cancel using the form, but it didn't work, so I emailed Biblio immediately. They said someone would contact me, but I haven't heard back. I want a refund since I canceled within an hour of payment. The book was still delivered, and I'm disappointed that Biblio didn't honor my cancellation. If they want the book back, they should cover the return shipping and refund the book cost. I did not purchase the book "Jumping the Odds: Oliver Skeete, Memoirs of a Rastafarian Showjumper" for $11.90. I have no interest in this book whatsoever. I am requesting a full refund or the correct book I intended to buy, which is "Rastafari." I believe it provides insight into the origins and history of the Rastafarian religion. If this book is not available, I would appreciate a similar alternative or a refund.

I had to reorder my textbook because I received an email saying that my order was canceled for some reason. I placed a new order and paid extra for expedited shipping (2-5 days) as I'm already behind on assignments that require the textbook. On the fifth day, late at night, when the book still hadn't arrived, I contacted the company via email to inquire about the delay but received no response. The website's tracking function didn't provide detailed shipping information. Despite being patient and waiting an additional 3 days, the book has still not arrived. This situation is causing me a lot of stress and frustration as I am falling further behind in my studies due to the delay in receiving the textbook. I expect an explanation regarding the status of my package and a refund for the shipping fee paid for expedited delivery which was not met.
