I wanted to give a year subscription to my daughter and get a free cookbook ... You stopped my free year subscription because I didn't pay for my free year subscription.
I already had a free year that I was enjoying for * issues but then it was canceled because they wanted payment for the year after my free year. I got both billing statements the same day a month after I was saporta get it.
It wasn't resolved. I spent more than * months trying to fix this. I knew this would end bad when both times I got the magazine I got * of them.
As a new customer I expected them to honor the free year subscription that I was promised
I sent several emails an repeatedly tried calling customer service and everytime I would end up with the robot waiting on hold for me and of course I never got a call from a person about the problem.
