Help me with my issue
I purchased two of your Kitchen & Baths issues. Only I now realize that both are the same issue - one from **** and the other ****. One says Display until July *, **** and the other Display until July *, ****.**The problem is they're the same issue! Page for page. The outside front cover is the same. The outside back cover is different. The contents page through page ** is exactly the same! What a rip-off. I paid for two magazines that are the same. Waste of money. I certainly won't buy another issue of your magazine and will advise everyone I know of this situation. This certainly is not the way to do business. Oh BTW the bar -codes are different.
I trust that Better Homes and Garden Magazine will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
