I bought a **inch tv with a * yr warrenty plan in may ********** a few months ago.the tv has a blue line across the picture which makes it hard to see.the blue line started about a few days ago.I contacted the manufacture about it,which is Element Electronics to see what they would do about getting it fixed or a new tv.they have been giving me trouble and giving me a run a round and don,t seem to want to do anything about it.the last thing they said was I had to take the tv to a recyling center and recyle it and after it is recycled,I have to send them a receipt showing them that it is recycled and then they will send me a check.I have never heard anything like that before.I don,t want to let it go untill they give me a new tv.please let me know what I should do and if this is right mary lou felton
