To whom it may concern my name is Deborah Pichardo Kemp I am a resident of Syracuse New York my phone number is ***-***-**** I am writing to get some help I feel like I'm being played and taking advantage of as being a woman. I came to know about this company Taco auto insurance company for extra insurance on my vehicle but come to find out when I got the first policy that everything was not in the contract that should have been my first red flag this started in September now I was told that I had to have X amount of driving miles on the vehicle before the vehicle would be honored another red flag I should have canceled but I was talked into keeping the policy to give them an opportunity to make things right well over the course this was September November comes and it's time for me to utilize the policy to come to find out that the policy I am not able to get certain things fixed which was promised at that time I've had two situations that I needed my car to be repaired I was told that they couldn't repair it and it needs to stay overnight over the weekend with the dealership and they had to have a third party come in and check and make sure that what was going on was correct I needed a rental vehicle they said they were not paying for that and could not pay for it until the car was actually worked on which makes no sense whatsoever which put me in an extremely hardship mean while I'm still making payments every month so this since September up until November December January I was Fed Up February March and April these people have debit my account without my permission they told me that I had to leave the account open but they would not charge me because they wanted me if any bills that was paid by me they wanted me to be reimbursed welcome to find out they charge me last month I called about it they refunded the money I just found out that they debit my account double the amount of the money and they're not returning phone calls I'm getting the runaround I would like to find out how I can go about recovering all of my money because this is a bogus situation and it is caused me nothing but a lot of heart problems and high blood pressure I reached out to them by email and by phone they were told they were not going to touch my account they went into my account and debit it more money causing me to decline on other transactions causing more bills for myself I would like to Attorney General's office to find them in contempt somehow I don't know how that works but I would like a call back as soon as possible because I don't have money I have children and these people have been taking advantage of me I've sent them bills I was told it took * to * business days for them to get a response then I was giving a email stating to write what the issue was I've done that I have talked to several supervisors the main person that I was dealing with she's supposedly have been out and not able to be reachable and my bank does not want to refund my money they're telling me I have to talk to them so right now I'm going to cancel my account with the bank but I want my money back because now it is cause me Fede from this institution when I already had not planned for them to take any money out of my account so I would like for this to be dealt with in a timely manner please and giving me a call thank you very much and I look forward to hearing from someone from this particular office
