I recently received Fallout 4 Game Of The Year Edition for Christmas. It should have included codes for all 6 DLC's for Fallout 4. However, the code provided ended up being for a DLC of The Elder Scrolls Online instead. I reached out to Bethesda's help page, which directed me to Xbox Live, but the email response did not solve my issue. After a live chat with Xbox support, I was advised to contact the seller, which led me back to Bethesda's help page. To demonstrate my contact with Xbox Live, they gave me the following reference code: [redacted]. I am playing on Xbox One, and my gamertag is bl fishy. The code given to me by Xbox support is W2Q2V-3QGX6-G7CJ7-64Q99-6TVWZ.

I set up a STEAM account nearly a decade ago but can't remember my login details, old email address, or previous phone numbers. I have valid government ID to prove my ownership of the account and game purchase. I've tried reaching out to Steam, Gamestop, and Bethesda for assistance, but haven't received any helpful responses. I recently bought Skyrim Dawnguard but can't play it without uploading my original Skyrim game. I bought a new PC last week just for this game. I'm Nicholas (Nick) Adamson. Some old email addresses I used were [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted] An old phone number I remember is [redacted], currently my wife's number. We used to live in Corpus Christi TX with area codes [redacted] or [redacted], or possibly San Antonio TX with [redacted], depending on the year. I need assistance.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Steam account, which I created nearly a decade ago. Over the years, I have changed my email addresses and phone numbers several times, leading to a loss of the original account information. The emails I recall using are [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted] The only contact number I can remember from that time is [redacted], which remains the same. If location information was requested during setup, I would have provided either Corpus Christi, TX [redacted] or [redacted], or San Antonio, TX [redacted]. The possible usernames I might have used are Paladin, Conan, NAdamson, Nick, Adamson, Sneaden, or a combination from the listed names.

About a year ago, I had an unfortunate experience in Fallout76 that resulted in the loss of my valuable Explosive Flamer weapon. While playing with my friend, there was a glitch during a trade attempt near Slocum Joes. Despite our precautions, the weapon disappeared when I dropped it for my friend to try, leaving me unable to retrieve it. As a dedicated player since Fallout3, I have been searching for a replacement weapon without success. A fellow player recommended reaching out to seek assistance in this matter. Any help in recovering or replacing the lost weapon would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Bethesda Support Team, I am a frequent FO76 player from Germany who mainly enjoys Nuclear Winter. My player name is "Lancelot2050." I am writing to report a bug in my FO76 gameplay. I consistently encounter an issue with the daily and weekly challenges where in Nuclear Winter mode, even if I have not completed any challenges, they show up as 'already done' when refreshed at 4:00 pm Hamburg/Germany time. This situation prevents me from earning atoms for the atomic shop. Best regards, Stephan (aka Lancelot2050)

I am trying to access my ESO account on my PlayStation, but I have accumulated three inactive email addresses on the console. I am attempting to link my current email, [redacted], which is active, but the game is not allowing me to update my email within the game. It keeps indicating that the email is already in use. The email I wish to activate is [redacted], which has transitioned to outlook.com. Unfortunately, I am unable to link my accounts.

Good evening, I am a 12-year-old writer from Poland, so I apologize for any mistakes I make in my writing. Recently, I played TES V: Skyrim on my Xbox [redacted], and I found it to be amazing! I have a question: Can I write a book based on the history of TES V: Skyrim, similar to what has been done with Assassin's Creed, starting with Oblivion, which I have also played? This would be a small project, but it's my dream. If you're interested in my previous work, I've written a fifty-page book called "Ucieczka przed przeznaczeniem" ("Escape from Destiny"). About [redacted] copies were printed, and I'm proud to say that around twenty were sent to major libraries across Poland. So, my final question is: Can I begin writing a book based on TES IV: Oblivion? I would greatly appreciate your approval. P.S. I am not sure if I will finish this project, but I will keep you updated on my progress. The book may not follow the games exactly because I am very creative, but the main story will be faithful to the original game. Looking forward to your quick response.

I recently purchased Doom Eternal and am experiencing difficulty accessing my Slayer's Club loot and the DOOMicorn skin obtained through Twitch Prime. The game automatically created a Bethesda.net account not associated with my Slayer's Club or Bethesda.net website accounts. Consequently, I am unable to retrieve my expected loot, including the Zombie Slayer Skin and Ghost Pain Elemental skin. I attempted to rectify the situation by creating a new account using my main email, but this also did not grant me the in-game loot. I am reaching out for assistance as I value my participation in the Slayer's Club and would like to resolve this issue promptly. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps without success. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The Creation Club has unfortunately caused a major disruption in my Fallout 4 gameplay. Preston Garvey refuses to interact with me during the main story quest "Fire Support," and I encountered numerous glitches like being trapped behind a sealed vault door and disabled VATS. Codsworth failed to guide me properly, leading to frustrating dialogue loops. Even after attempting to progress, I faced issues with quest markers and unresponsive characters like Piper. Despite investing significant time in the game, I experienced an unprecedented level of instability due to Creation Club mods. To rectify this, I've decided to uninstall and reinstall the game without any additional content. I hope the developers can update the mods to prevent such game-breaking issues in the future or provide credits for the problematic mods. Thank you.

The "An Ounce of Prevention" quest in Fallout 76 has been plagued with a bug for more than a year and a half, making it impossible for me to acquire feral ghoul blood despite all my efforts. I reached out to Bethesda several times, only to receive the same generic response promising a fix in an upcoming patch, which never materialized. Frustrated, I decided to leave the quest sitting in my log, hoping for a resolution. Fast forward to [redacted] with the Wastelanders update, I encounter the same issue all over again as I delve into the Overseer questline. This time, not only am I still unable to complete "An Ounce of Prevention," but I'm also blocked from progressing further to unlock the new factions. Despite starting new characters, the problem persists, leaving me unable to obtain feral ghoul blood. As a dedicated player invested in my character, I just want to enjoy the new content, but all I receive from Bethesda is evasion and no real solution.

Subject: Fallout 76 Issue on Xbox One Hello Bethesda, I am writing to address a concerning matter regarding my Fallout 76 gameplay experience. Unfortunately, I am unable to store or retrieve items from my stash due to an excessive amount of .45 rounds and bobby pins, which I suspect are a result of a recent dupe glitch I engaged in. I acknowledge my mistake and sincerely regret my actions. I am committed to rectifying this situation and returning to fair gameplay. I understand the negative impact duplicating items has on the in-game economy and want to assure you that I have not traded or distributed any of the duplicated items. They solely occupy my character, Don T Shoot's stash box. I humbly request a second chance to continue enjoying Fallout 76, especially with the new Wastelanders Update. If possible, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in removing the duplicated items from my stash box. I am eager to return to the game with integrity and learn from this experience. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Glowing_Legend Xbox GT: rhcw

I am attempting to connect my Fallout 76 account to my Steam account, but I keep encountering the "account linking failed" error. I have attempted this on various browsers and devices to no avail. The website indicates that this promotion expires in two hours, and I am eager to redeem the game on my Steam account. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I apologize if this is not the appropriate section to address this matter, as I had difficulty locating a category that aligns with this issue accurately.

I am experiencing two issues. I attempted to contact support via phone but was unsuccessful in reaching a representative. Regarding my first issue, the Bloodskal Blade's power is not functioning correctly; when equipped, it only glows without exerting any actual force. Power attacks result in stamina depletion instead of unleashing the blade's power. Despite system restarts and updates installation, the problem persists, hindering progress in the game. My Bethesda ID is Toddylc. Any available patches to address these issues would be greatly appreciated. The second issue pertains to my purchase of The Elder Scrolls Online ELSWEYR, as I am unable to log in on my PS4. The system repeatedly indicates incorrect password or ID, despite using my correct email, [redacted], associated with PlayStation Plus. Any assistance on resolving these matters would be highly valued. Thank you for your anticipated support.

I am experiencing an issue at Camden Park's vending machine, where I am missing over 1,[redacted] tokens. The machine shows the items bought on screen but doesn't deposit them in my backpack. There seems to be a glitch. Also, as of today, June 18th, the systems have been down all day. I anticipate my membership fees will be delayed by a day. I apologize for sounding frustrated, but I've reached out through tickets and GetHuman with no success. The help site has also been unavailable for quite some time. It's disappointing to see such irresponsibility from a company that creates fantastic games like yours. Please address these issues promptly before losing more customers. Past experiences with other gaming companies like EA Sports' Madden demonstrate the consequences of neglecting player concerns.

My account got banned because of the character name "just triggering libs." I was informed this broke the terms of service. I've asked for clarification multiple times on what exactly about the name violates the terms but have not received any response. I've also requested a review, again with no reply. This ban doesn't make sense to me. Here is the notice I got: Question Reference # [redacted]21 Date Created: 07/09/[redacted] 04:47 PM Date Last Updated: 07/09/[redacted] 04:47 PM Status: Read Answer Provided Message Log: The Elder Scrolls Online Team response on 07/09/[redacted] 04:47 PM Hello, We are sorry to say that your account has been permanently deactivated for breaking the Terms of Service and Code of Conduct due to your character name(s). I have been playing Fallout 76 for two years and have reached level [redacted], with about [redacted] hours of genuine gameplay under my belt. I am a respected leader in the in-game community and have always discouraged cheating. Upon discovering players duplicating items, I attempted to report them to Bethesda on Friday but was told to call back on Monday as there were no staff available over the weekend. Frustrated with the lack of action, I took matters into my own hands along with some friends. Now, I find myself banned from the game despite never intentionally cheating. My account is locked, and my attempts to get answers through support tickets have been unsuccessful. This has caused a lot of distress as I share the game with family members who are now left without resources due to the ban. I am bewildered as to why I have been targeted while the actual cheaters remain unpunished. I seek help to resolve this issue promptly.

A group of players invited me to join their team to acquire a game item through fraudulent means. The item in question, the 'legendary bloodied gatling plasma,' is no longer obtainable in the game except by taking it from another player. This item should be removed from the game to discourage deceitful behavior. The player who defrauded me was X-INFECTED-VIBES. I am unable to report the incident in-game as the player has blocked me. Leaving items like this encourages bad behavior and ruins the sportsmanship among players. I do not expect to retrieve the item, but I suggest its removal to prevent such incidents. I experienced this issue around 1 am on Tuesday, August 25. Unfortunately, I cannot provide screenshots or video proof. This incident has greatly affected my enjoyment of the game and has made me hesitant to trust other players.

Hello, I need assistance with my Fallout 76 account. I recently bought the game on Steam and the Bethesda launcher, spending a significant amount in the Atomic shop. However, my account got banned for holding extra items for a friend. I am willing to either remove the items or have the account deleted to be able to play again. The account in question is Timbolicious50, with the associated email [redacted] I am not a cheater and enjoy the game as a 56-year-old player after work. Please address this issue; you can contact me via email at [redacted] or [redacted] if the problem is resolved. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I want to address an issue I've been experiencing with obtaining the BOS Field Station in-game. Despite my efforts to rank up, I have not received the item as advertised. I tried to show a screenshot, but it has been two weeks since Season 2 started, making it difficult. I spent [redacted] Atoms multiple times trying to acquire the BOS Field Station, and it's frustrating not getting what I worked for. I want to resolve this and receive the item I've been trying to obtain. I appreciate your help in looking into this matter. Thank you.

I have put in significant effort into creating five glass cannon builds that hit hard but die easily, and I am disappointed that the recent changes nerfed them. It seems that the game developers caved in to players who complained it was unfair, taking away the fun I had built around these builds. Additionally, I feel cheated as I did not receive three months' worth of atoms for my Fallout 1st subscription, even after paying $[redacted] plus tax. This experience makes me question why players like me are treated this way. I have been a loyal customer who spends a lot on your games, but the current state of Fallout 76 is making me reconsider my future purchases. I hope the developers can learn from companies like Rockstar who address player feedback and maintain game integrity without constant changes that upset the player base. I demand either my missing atoms or a refund of $[redacted]. My name is William Lauder, and my Xbox Gamertag is Shadowmater70.
