Haven't recieved my in game purchase in fallout shelter and I'm being ignored by bethesda support

The issue in GetHuman-blader's own words
I bought, was charged and billed the vault Tec starter pack in fallout shelter but I never received it. ... I bought an in game product for fallout shelter called the vault Tec starter pack, I was billed but I never received what I paid for, I have been contacting Bethesda at their customer support e mail for the last week and my complaints keep getting closed as duplicates.
This wasn't an issue created by my mistake, I have already paid my product but Bethesda is ignoring my complaints and closing them as duplicates.
I wish I could receive personal attention on behalf of Bethesda since I already paid for a product I never received, and either get a refund I can use to attempt to buy the same product or receive a code or something that gives me the product I have already paid for
I have bought several of Bethesda's games (the dishonored trilogy, fallout * and its season pass along with over **** creation club credits)
