I recently received a brand new Dishonored * limited edition game as a gift and the two digital codes included in the game have already been used. Xbox has checked as well and the codes were used sometime last February by someone else entirely. Microsoft said I should talk to the person that gave it to me and take it back to the store that they bought it from, but every store has electronic policies especially with games if the physical game still works then they won't care about the digital codes included with the game. When I told this to the person I was chatting with from Xbox he told me to contact you and see if you can solve my problem better then anyone one else because Xbox said they can't help me
