to make things worse, i got the wrong lens delivered . I took it back to EXCHANGE IT AT THE STORE RIGHT AWAY. They said they dont carry this lens and it was an online order and i need to send it back. i go home and there is no shipping label or instructions. i contact online support, THEY TELL ME I NEED TO TAKE IT BACK TO STORE BECAUSE IT'S NOT AN ONLINE ORDER . EMPLOYEE PLACE THE ORDER AT THE STORE EVEN THO I WANTED TO DO IT MYSELF BECAUSE I KNOW IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG AND IT ALWAYS DOES IT WILL BE A HEADACHE FOR ME. i go back to another store and they tell me i need to send it back, now im pissed and cant believe i shopped at this place again, and i have to deal with headache because of their unprofessional, clueless employess with zero knowledge about anything they sell. i go back online and and i voiced my issue and suggested i will contact corporate because ths is ridiculous. i wont even mention the best buy employe charges my best buy card for ****$ and i had *k limit i was hoping it the would be denied because i wanted to order my lens on my own. he said well it went through ! I said i rather not deal with THE STORE AGAIN. i send the lens back, and waited to get credit so i dont go over *k limit on my best buy card and can split the payment if needed and apply remaining balance on my debit card. *I CHECK ONLINE AND THEY CHARGED ME ALMOST ***$ RESTOCKING FEE, FOR WRONG LENS ORDERED BY EMPLOYEE , IT WAS NEVER OPENED OR USED, I CONTACTED THE STORE TO EXCHANGE THIS LENS THE SAME DAY IT WAS DELIVERED, ALL I GOT WAS RUN AROUND. AND FINALLLY AFTER ALL THIS HEADACHE I WANTED TO ORDER THE CORRECT LENS AND THEY ROBBED ME OUT OF ***$! I CONTACTED SOMOENE IMMIEDIETLY AND DEMANDED THIS GETS FIXED , SO I CAN ORDER MY LENS. THE NICE LADY GAVE ME SOME NUMBER AND SAID CALL THEM . ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? I DONT HAVE TIME TO WASTE WIH THIS COMPANY ANYMORE . ITS TIME TO HAVE A PROFESIONAL LETTER SEND TO THE CORPORATE , ALL THE PROBLEMS AND ALL THE HEADACHE AND AT THE END THEY ROBBED ME AND CHARGED ***$ FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND MY INCONVINIENCE??????
