My fiance and I stayed * night at your Best Western Clermont on **********. On ********** we were checking our purchases online and seen a charge for $***.** posted to card on **********. Our room was $**.** after taxes the total is $**.**. While seeing this we also seen another amount for $***.** posted on **********. There is a hold on my card for that amount because I am now broke since the $***.** took right at every penny we had. My account is now ($***.**). I have had a rough year in ****. Between personal reasons and being sick. I have worked all my life except this past year and still today. It's been stressful on us both. We thought it would of done us both some good and it did. Until the day we seen the extra charges from Best Western Clermont!! We called the hotel on ********** and was told the person in charge of that would be in on Monday ********** and she would give us a call. Well no call from her on that day. The next day ********** we called and was told that they can't doing nothing about that at there Hotel but someone will call us. We asked for corporate number and was given number to customer service. We called customer service (again repeating ourselves * more times) to find out they can't do anything either. It is being a real inconvenience all the way around to go through * days as of right now without any money at all and trying to get some answers and our money back. No one has yet returned a phone call or our money. We only authorized Best Western Clermont to take $**.** for * night stay there. We did not smoke in our room period.. I have worked in hotels before and that is one thing that you just don't do. We know that for sure. There was things wrong with the room we rented but we wasn't gonna complain. Now we think maybe we should of. Actually maybe we would of got that room for free. Sounds good but we couldn't do that to someone who could of just been having a bad day. We know first hand how that is. We really would love to have all our money back. There was no reason for the extra charges at all. It has been very stressful since Best Western Clermont took out extra fees with no notice and for the biggest thing is for NO REASON whatsoever!!! We are paying for their mistake every day. We would like to have all our money back please. It would be very appreciated if you all would think about how we feel and what we have had to deal with these last * days so far with no money because we put our trust in your establishment. The amount of the overcharges along with taking our last bit of money we have at the time is beyond an awful way to do anyone without letting them speak about the situation. That's like being guilty and then prove your innocent. I believe it is supposed to be innocent till proven guilty. We by far are not guilty. We would really like to be compensated for all our troubles that we have acquired since our stay there on **********. We are literally broke and have negative balance until you fix our issue. We understand people make mistakes. But this is beyond a mistake!! It has effected our every day life such as what we eat , gas to go anywhere, karosene (for heat) and money for us to go pick my son up for the * day weekend that just passed. We would like to have all our money back and compensated for the stress we have been going through.
