A few weeks ago I bought a new LG **" LED HDM* TV and also Geek Squad Service (*-year). The day after installation, when I turned it on - all I got was snow static - no picture*sound. I called Geek Squad and David and Josh came out and fixed it. It worked fine for the rest of the day. Next morning: same problem - no picture*sound - only snow static. Geek Squad came out again. Picture worked perfectly for the rest of the day. Next morning - same problem, only snow. I now have Josh coming out next Tuesday **** on Svc. Order ******* to try to fix it again. HELP!! I'm going stir-crazy! I can't keep having TV one day - no picture the next - Geek Squad out - Picture*No picture*Geek Squad - Picture*No picture*Geek Squad. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT WHEN JOSH COMES OUT NE XT TUESDAY MY NEW TV WILL BE WORKING PERMANENTLY. Thank You.
