Good morning, I communicate with you since I made a purchase in one of your stores on December ** of a Roku streambar for a gift from my son in Ecuador, yesterday, I returned from a trip and followed the steps of installation of the same and apparently is not achieved complete, as I leave that there is no signal or is not compatible with the television. The television meets all the necessary requirements and that same day I also asked about the compatibilities and I was told that there was no problem because it worked in all countries of the world. *I would like to know what solution you can give me or if you have any technical service that can help me to see if we are doing the installation wrong or if the Roku is the one that is not working. *Thank you in advance.
