I am extremely disappointed in Best buy. There I am in your store November *th, ****, at Birdcage, (Best Buy is*was my favorite store of all time since Circuit City closed) Admittedly, I have not shopped there in a while because of all the things going on in the world. You are aware of what has been going on for a year now. Anyway, back to me being completely embarrassed at the check-out line because my Best Buy card is being declined. I was not given any noticed that my card had been cancelled and my account closed. So EMBARRASSED, I just used another card and got out of there. Come to find out, after making a call, my account has been closed for inactivity. NO NOTICE GIVEN!!! Now I am just mad. I am going to return the TV and I am never going to shop Best Buy again and tell all my friends. I can only hope you go by the waste side like Circuit City and Good guys. By your actions here, I can say you are trying pretty hard to do so. I have excellent credit and can shop anywhere. I chose Best Buy for your selection, service and value, in that order.
