Hi my name is Raynard Jackson ordered a TV from Bestbuy last week and they was sending me emails reminding me of my delivery date and time which was Thursday a week later which I didn't have a problem with. So I sold my old TV because I was receiving my new TV. But they called me and told me I had to reschedule my delivery date I said ok but the warehouse supervisor said she was rescheduling every person that was on that route because the truck broke down on Saturday. So I said ok today is Thursday I'll wait until Saturday. She lied to me about her rescheduling my delivery because I'm receiving emails saying schedule a delivery date and the only options is six days away that's unacceptable I need a refund ASAP and I will never order online from Bestbuy ever again because this isn't the first time something like this happened I had enough of Bestbuy terrible customer service.
