Purchase Date:Sep **, *****We had a washer and dryer to be installed. The didn't bring all the parts. Had to check with the warehouse that items were not actually delivered. Warehouse never called us. Not sure who to route this to.**Ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered*installed*Order Number:***************When they came to deliver the washer and dryer they didn't bring a stacking kit. We refused delivery. They marked * items as delivered in error (notes are on the manifest from the warehouse. Yes, we already called last week and were supposed to get a return call from the warehouse within ** hours. They never called. ) We never received the water hoses, the dryer vent or the electrical cable for the dryer. We simply want them returned*refunded on the order so we don't pay for these items.
