We have an appointment for a Best Buy tech to come to our house this afternoon some time between twelve and eight. I need to tell them that we have been here all day and will be here all afternoon waiting for them, and to come even if they don’t reach us on the phone to confirm. The phone has rung twice but whoever it was had hung up by the time we reached it. I have tried to call them six times now, but no one ever answers the phone at Best Buy, not at any of the options, new purchase, question about an existing device, Geek Squad, dial one, dial two, nothing, a Geek Squad member had given me a number for quick access, but no one answered that either. I googled it and found ***-***-****, customer service, Google said average wait time was two minutes, but when I called an automated recording said it would be two hours. What do I do to talk to any human at Best Buy?
