I am extremely disappointed with your lack of execution of your safety and mask policy. i was at a Bestbuy store in Rochester (Greece) **** W. Ridge rd. NY to purchase a product. There were two man, approximately mid **'s behind me without masks and were standing rather close behind me. I was wearing a mask and I turned around and look at them to insinuate that i needed space in regards to social distancing. They moved back to a reasonable distance. I proceeded to traverse through the store and look for the products i came to purchase. I noticed that the two guys that were standing behind me at the entrance were now walking around the store without masks on. They didn't even have masks in their possession at all. At this time i had the products i needed and i headed to checkout. I saw the manager and inquired about the two men walking around the store. I also knew he was standing at the entrance when these men came in the store. He stated to me it is a policy for customers to wear masks in the store but we cant refuse entry if they don't wear a mask. I told him i'm sure you know that the governor of the state of New York mandated and implemented this policy for major retail establishments. He started to make excuses so i simply said to him there are no exceptions and you are jeopardizing the safety of everyone in here, customers as well as employees. I didnt argue with him or appear confrontational , i just shared with him my feelings on the matter and how i was disappointed at his disregard for other precious human beings safety for the sake of making a sale or doing business. I'd like to know how is this is going to be remedied? I am a loyal Bestbuy customer. I've made many purchases over the years. All of my electronics are from your business. But now I'm not sure if it's safe to be in your store. I have not shared with my friends or business associates as of yet. But i hope i will receive an expeditious response and resolution from you.
