My delivery was scheduled for yesterday, but the truck never showed up. I received a call from Best Buy about * PM last night telling me that my delivery is rescheduled for Friday, June **. This morning I received an email from Best Buy asking me to chose a new delivery date (Friday wasn't an option!) I am getting very frustrated with Best Buy. I order this dryer from Best Buy because of the early delivery date. I am very disappointed in the service.

I never got through by phone to Best Buy, but my *rd email of this morning finally came through with an installation date of tomorrow (the first * indicated that installation would be Saturday at the earliest despite a Best Buy phone call last night indicating Friday). I wonder if Best Buy makes it difficult to contact them on purpose. Being on hold for an hour or more is not good customer service! Also being number ** on Chat isn't either.
