We purchased ** May **** tv on bestbuy online Site. ** May bestbuy portal indicates tv was ready for pick up that day. We chose this site. One hour away from our home because bestbuy portal indicated next day availability. The next day we drove an hour to pick up set from best buy Ontario California warehouse. After waiting in line for an hour for so called curb side pick up. We were told by a lone best buy associate the tv had been returned. When we showed the associate the portal status from our cell phone and asked where was the tv returned she did not know. After arriving home I attempted to seek guidance from bestbuY customer service. Only to reach a recording stating. Best buy weren't accepting any additional calls due to overwhelming calls because of the covid**. We still do not have our tv. One caveat best buy Ontario updated the availability for tv from ** May to ** may.
