After purchasing a Microsoft Surface* laptop and security software online from Union, NJ store and accepting curbside delivery with no problem I was then informed that another laptop and software that I did not order was awaiting pickup. I replied to this message that I did not order anything else and did not wish any more items. My credit card (VISA) was nevertheless charged without authorization an additional $****.**. Went to Union store and met with manager Pedro Acevedo, (gen. mgr ****) who promised I would be contacted on **** by someone from "law enforcement support" ***-***-**** (re: unauthorized use of my credit card?) No one contacted me. All I want at this point is for my credit card account to be credited for the illegitimate charges plus finance charges incurred pronto without excuses based on covid** or other BS. The subject orders are BBY**-************ (fulfilled w*o problem) and BBY**-************* which is the order generated falsely without my authorization. I expect a reply to this by **** or else I will start getting paranoid about being scammed some way. I truly doubt Best Buy harbors criminals who do these things but I will not hesitate to take matters further if this is not resolved quickly.

GetHuman-krugmanm did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
