Yesterday i ordered a **" insignia tv to be picked up at the muskegon mi store. There was * or * in stock. I received confirmation. And this morning another email saying it was in and ready to be picked up. I got to the store a little after **:** on my way north for the weekend. Gave the guy my paperwork with all the info. He went in and came back out and told us the truck arrived late with our order and it would be another * hours before we could pick it up. Ask him ti cancel the order. Was told he could not do that. We had to go online to do that. Went on line on my phone and was confused with the options. Called the store. Got cut off.* Called back and explained what happened. He instantly cancelled the order with no attempt to make things right. I had offered to pick it up on my return home foe a $** discount.
GetHuman4853658 did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
